Benard Airo is the creator of The Farova Cup concept.  His passion for peace and progress for youth around the world and especially in his beloved Farova in Nairobi Kenya is one reason for his standing as a "Sign of Peace".  This is the title given to the two youth (17-21 years old) who sit on the Board of Directors of Peace of the World International.  The growth of this project is evidence of Benard's organizational skills and leadership potential.

Tournament Objective

The long term objective of this project is to engage local youth in sporting activities that will nurture their talents and exploit opportunities available for their further development. The project may expand later to cover implementation of a range of community-based projects/programmes in the areas of health, education and small economic activities that will contribute to poverty reduction and reduce or eradicate drug abuse among youth.
